CookerBest | New Induction cooker with integrated down range hood

The combination of an induction cooktop and a high-efficiency cooker hood is both time-saving and elegant, and  it is becoming to be 1st choice in high-end kitchens. Now CookerBest is extending its versatile range even further: with same external dimensions, the high-performance new integrated induction cooktop and cooker hood offers more space for cookware. Meanwhile, there are compact and intuitive operating controls on the front of the cooker hood.

Power Flex XL is the name given to the large induction zones on the left and right sides, each consisting of two rings. In each Power Flex XL zone, the induction cooktop and hood offer more cooking space than the previous version – although the external dimensions remain unchanged. This provides ample space for two pots and pans to be placed at the same time. If required, both rings can operate as one heated zone, increasing flexibility. If using large casserole dishes, the pot recognition system automatically activates the adjacent zone.

Twin Booster technology guarantees excellent power levels, delivering 7300 KW when needed – for example, when large amounts of food need to be cooked in the shortest possible time.

Another new feature of the Induction Cooker Hood Combo is the central positioning of the compact and intuitive Comfort Select Plus control accessory, directly in front of the cooker hood. With illuminated numbers and indicators for each ring and extractor, the user interface is not only space-saving but also particularly easy to use. Practical: If the stove unit is temporarily left unattended, for example to open a door, the Stop&Go function ensures safety. Automatically reduces power output to that of Gear 1 to ensure nothing burns or boils over. If you want to stop heating after a specified time, you can set the timer for each ring accordingly. The Food Warming feature uses smart technology to keep cooked food at serving temperature. The 2-in-1 grill pan function is also provided, and the 4 burners can be transformed into 2 large BBQ.

The CookerBest filter unit features a stainless steel filter beneath the ventilation grille to ensure the best possible grease removal. To clean, simply remove the box and place it in the dishwasher. The CookerBest Clean Cover behind the grease filter provides a smooth surface without any sharp metal edges. It is easy to clean and prevents contact with wires and motor components. If food accidentally boils and enters the extractor, all liquid will collect in the drip tray.
